Crispy Mozzarella Sticks Recipe

Flour Eggs,Breadcrumbs,Italian seasoning,Salt,Oil for frying,Marinara sauce for dipping


Set up your breading station: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.

Cut mozzarella sticks into pieces, dip in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixture.

Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the frozen mozzarella sticks until golden brown.

Remove from oil, drain excess, and serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
